32 days, 3 tickets and four technicians later and my line has still not been repaired.

I'm disgusted and appalled at the level of service Telkom offers it's customers. It has now been over a month that I have been struggling with a faulty line.

FOUR technicians have been dispatched to my premises - 3 of which told me that "they're not the righ person for the job." I'm, not too sure how much clearer one has to be when submitting a ticket, however I described the issue over and over to everyone. PLEASE explain to me how the message has not got across to your service center after telling four technicians and putting it in the 3 original support tickets.

Which brings me to my next question - how can your service center close a ticket after doing absolutely no work and not once following up? I've had to have my ISP re open tickets twice and constantly keep on your company's case. I originally waited a week and a half without internet for a technician to come out and repair my line, which is currently running at a quarter of it's speed.

I refuse to pay a single cent to your company until this issue is fixed PROPERLY.

A fifth technician was dispatched to my premises on Wednesday (15/06). He left without performing any repairs, just as the previous four have. He informed me that he was not the right person for the job (surprise surprise) and that he would inform the service controller that they needed to send out a technician who could repair the wire.
So, after FIVE technicians and myself have relayed the message to Telkom over and over again, the message still is not getting across. I'll try one more time, in the most basic english I can fathom:
You need to send someone who can repair and replace your physical telephone lines. They need to be able to put a new wire up on a pole. Also, it would be advisable if you send along some cabling and perhaps tools.
I'm holding the next technician you send accountable for the job. He will not leave my premisis until the line is fixed, whether he's the 'right person for the job' or not.
Thanks
A fed up customer.
