hello Peter. Following my last report about Telkom I have been informed that someone had requested our line ***) to be discontinued. I informed the Facebook operatives that no such request was issued by us and they would follow up. It's been weeks now that I've been waiting for feedback and to have our line restored. The Telkom cable from the street pole to our house has been severed and the resulting cable is lying very low obstructing vehicles entering our property as well as vehicles on our street. I informed Telkom about this and I get the usual 'we will investigate and provide feedback'. This week a truck passing by our street got caught on the cable and pulled the cable so far that it ended up catching onto our tree breaking branches of the tree and falling on our fence, this issue if not resolved will end up damaging our fence, our property, other motorists passing through our street and God forbid children that pass by on their way home.
