300 Upgrade SMS's

I did añ Online Upgrade on 31/08/2017. And since then I'm receiving the same SMS every 6minutes. I'm standing on 300 SMS to count. The SMS is the following :

Dear Customer, thank you for choosing Telkom as your network provider. Your application has been approved during our pre-vetting stage. Regards, Telkom Online Sales Team.

I've phoned Technical department, who can't help me as they don't see it on their side. They put me through to sales department just to see how far the upgrade is! Very annoyed!

Hi Portia, Thank you kindly. Just a pity that the Upgrade haven't gone through for 7 weeks now. They didn't have stock of the phone I'm looking for and later didn't bother to contact me again.
