30+ minutes on phone, music treatment

Do you guys at telkom actually want business or not? seriously, I had to wait 30 minutes calling 10213 and eventually just gave up, same loads of garbage played over and over, no queue, no idea how much longer to wait for, just wait and wait and wait.

Completely useless!!
