30 Days to cancel a contract???

<p>How can it at all be possible to take 30 days to cancel my contract with you? After all the horrible service that I went through, it do not want to spend another minute with this company... After being to told to go into a telkom store to cancel my contract, when I got there this morning, they said they are not able to do such... Now holding on at the contact centre.... 12 Minutes and counting.... Just to speak to someone in the billing department... Telkom is a hopeless case, where positions are held by people who strugle to even speak english, gross incompetance.... </p>
