<p>I would like to bring to your attention the above mentioned case number regarding the Telkom LTE service offered by your company.</p> <p>I require an address or GPS coordinates to reposition my outdoor antennae, however its been 30 days and there is still no feedback.</p> <p>Your call centre drops my calls, your chat service ends the chat abruptly and there seems to be no Team Managers or Call Centre Managers running your call centre as theres always no one available.</p> <p>I'm sure it can't be that difficult to obtain an address of a Telkom Owned Base Station, which will allow me correctly set my antennae.</p> <p>I await your feedback with baited breath.</p>
