3 YEARS LATER A I GET CALLS FROM A COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT FOR TELKOM

this Is the most annoying thing I ever have to go through with Telkom. I took my contracts in 2013 and finished 2015, since I was in arrears with them the blocked my simcards 6 months before I finished paying the account and when I paid up the phones they send me forms to fill if im keeping my numbers or not and to show that I have paid off. I chose not to activate the numbers since it had been 6months without using them. early this year I found out that TELKOM had BLACKLISTD me for R400.00. and amonth ago I started receiving emails and sms's from a collections department that I owe R1800. I then called Telkom and they said that I owe Telkom R400 for their simcards that im using???????? which one's coz the were blocked months after I paid them off even filled our forms for this. I HATE this experience with Telkom I don't know what they want from me because I have paid them off. have complained several times but with no assistance. they keep giving me case numbers( ********** 8)and want forms that I send back in 2015 to show that I canceled the number and they are inactive to date.. the collectors want R1800.00 and Telkom wants R400. if my name id not removed from the blacklist, I will be taking it to the ombudsman.... I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate this. its harrassmnent
