3 years and still no assistance

I have had problems with my signal for going on 3 years now. I have endless Ref no that I honestly can't be bothered with anymore. I have been promised a booster almost 3 years ago and after uncounterable amount of phone calls to customer care, 6 technician that have been sent out and Facebook complaints nothing is been done. I have spend thousands of Rands with Telkom and I have 6 devices with them and I just get empty promises more Ref no and more technicians come out. I had to close down my home business as I cannot get calls or make calls and the internet is worse than dial up if I can even get on. Please this is now enough. I want my booster now.
