3 weeks without any progress

Telkom lines were hit by lightning in Centurion area on Saturday 21 March 2015. We reported the fault via email and sms. there was no reply. After 2 weeks and several tries to report via telephone, I visited the Telkom shop in Woodlands. They assured me that the service to my business will be restored before the end of the day.<br> <br> The technician did come by and reported that it is an underground fault 2 days later and that he did not know when we will have service again. I tried the number for the business ambassador, but it keeps on going to voicemail.<br> <br>
