3 weeks to activate a sim card

Telkom Does it take 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get a sim card activated. Your call centre is a joke .Have a technician available in each call centre . Im still waiting for a technician to phone me or some kind of Manager . been billed double on my 3 rd Month. and now i have a Lawyer company phoning me . They don't know how to communicate ,threw phone down in my ear . from Telkom . Chueu Attorneys (012) ********** the y are just as bad as telkom a joke. cant wait for my contract to end.
