3 weeks still waiting...

Its been three weeks since my contract had been approved and i still haven't received my phone due to telkom stock issues. I completed the application forms on 08-07-2015 and on 10-07-2015 i was informed that it was approved. i was informed that an order was placed for the phone on the 20-07-2015 which is 2 weeks ago and still NOTHING! Why advertise for a product if you don't have stock?
