3 weeks still no IPAD

I visited the Telkom outlet at The Glen mall in Johannesburg on the 16-5-2015 to apply for an IPad 2 deal which was approved on the spot, the lady told me they had no stock but will call me the following week to collect it, a week passed still no call & I went to the center to enquire and I was told still no stock, today (2015-06-04 @ 18:05 pm visited the same store since I am still waiting for the call, was told there is still no stock and they offline therefore can't track when my order will be ready coz they have been offline since the morning, (isn't it funny that they still open @ 18:00 but can't assist potential clients)<br> <br> I just want them to tell me if I should carry on with my life and get the IPAD2 somewhere else or give me an expected date of delivery, I also have important errands to run than keep going to the store to enquire.<br> <br> Ooooops called their number which I took off the internet and it rang unanswered for days, very ironic for a telecommunications company<br> <br> Please advise if I should get it somewhere or it will come eventually?<br>
