3 weeks still no internet connection

Good day.. i submitted internet connection application on 30th May at Greenstone Hill Shopping centre TELKOM shop. i was told that line will be installed at my home within 1 to 5 working days.. its been almost three weeks but no action yet. I have kept on trying calling but half an hour long wait on customer care doesnt allow me to speak. I managed to get through the call today but they kept on transferring my call from one person to another person and then another and then another, atleat no one could help me.<br> <br> i received a messae this morning that i need to pay a deposit of 700 but i did pay same day this deposit along with my application.. Can someone help and get me sorted to get the conneciton with no further delay.<br> <br> Order Number - ***<br> <br> My unit already have a line as previous tenant was using telkom services at home.. so i am sure there is not much work to be done by telkom as long as someone is willing to come and install it.
