3 weeks Still do not have my Adsl Line or connecti

I App**** for an Telkom Adsl Line at my house because i need the internet for my designing business The people at College Square was very helpfull and said that the line will be installed within the week The technitian was at my house the next day Walking around looking at wires Then i had to go to see a client After i left The technitian left without saying anything to my workers Until today 3 weeks later i have not herd a word from telkom Net even an sms to say what is going on I tried phoning them AB at College Square answered eventually and said he will come back to me Still nothing This is realy the worst Service i have ever seen I am going back to Telkom College Square on Friday and i want my money back
