3 WEEKS - PHONE NOT DELIVERED!

On the 12th of May 2020, I was approved by Telkom, Durban for an Iphone 11 contract deal, the consultant advised that the phone will be delivered within 7 days. On the 28th May, I called the store and my phone was still out of stock! I then called their sales department and they advised that on their system the order has been cancelled!!!! NO ONE MENTIONED THIS TO ME WHEN I CALL THE STORE!! I then went straight to the store and they said the phone is there but the system is offline so they can't check it out. Yesterday, the 1st of June, I went back to the store and they said there is no stock!! HOW!???? its been 3 weeks and Telkom has not delivered my phone!!!
