3 weeks of no feedback....I was **** to upgrade stage!!!

<p>Telkom Mobile are not calling me back after 3 weeks. I get a reference number and they say that the "back office" will call within 2 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>My issue is that I had an upgrade to sim-only contracts and now they debited me an additional R1 600 for not having a handset with upgrade which was not advised at the time of the upgrade as I would never agree to paying R1600 for not having a phone with the upgrade.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe that nobody has called to advise that they listened to the call and advised me on their findings!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am dissappointed and wuld like to reverse the upgrade and possibly change networks as I was not advised accordingly at the time the consultant called me.</p> <p> </p>
