3 weeks of Internet in 3 months

The the 3 months that we have signed up for your adsl we have had Internet for 3 weeks. It's become so ridiculous that we know all the consultants by name at the Bayside Mall. Furthermore what is even more distressing is the fact that they have advised us to cancel our contract with Telkom and use Afrihost instead as they are far more reliable.
