3 weeks no Telkom assistance

3 weeks with no internet ...3 weeks since the issue was reported to TELKOM. Each time we call we are advised that our issue have been escalated as Urgent and a technician will come and investigate the issue..We still waiting it's been almost 21 days...Our business has been unable to operate.
