3 weeks later, issue still not resolved

I logged a call with Telkom about my telephone and internet line being faulty 3 weeks ago and initially a lazy call centre agent advised me that there is no fault with the line, when I called Telkom again they said the turnaround time would be 48 hours <br> <br> I have spoken to several supervisors and call centre agents and the issue has still not been resolved, whats worse is that everytime i call they promise that they would call back with an update but they still do not deliver on such a simple promise
