3 weeks later and still im waiting for my internet installation

I have app**** for a internet line 3 weeks ago and still I have no line installed, After the 7th call to the call center I was informed that the wrong telephone number was allocated to my line and they need to escalate it. Then again I did not ask for a phone number I just want a internet line.
