3 weeks going on and still nothing

Telkom service is getting so bad, I ordered new wi-fi over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for someone to come install, I had wi-fi with the for over 3 years no issues, I cancelled and app**** for new wi-fi and all 3 houses that I had wi-fi in is still waiting for someone to come out and install, the telkom on line service is the worst, cause after applying on line I waited for a call and nothing, you do everything on line and if no one calls you then your order is not going through, I had to call them and re-do everything on line, why have the on-line service if it doesnt work all its doing is wasting our time, when are they going to come install the wi-fi is this the type of service telkom gives customers
