3 weeks and still no luck with hellkom

<p>My landline is not working for 3 weeks now. I logged a call on 25-06-2016 08:19. (13CWK250616)</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom keeps on saying that they are working on it remotely. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot accept that it is taking so long to resolve or at least send out a technician.</p>
