3 Weeks and still no cellphone delivery!!!

After seeing one of the specials for a iPhone decided to order it. WORST DECISION EVER!!!<br> The consultant phoned me, filled in the application, and 2 days later the first debit order went off my account. <br> Fast forward 2 weeks and still no cellphone - Paid for something I don't have. <br> <br> Try to phone the sales dept but I don't think anyone works there, NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE DAMN PHONE.<br> Tried the complaints dept - another dead end. <br> Even tried messaging them on Facebook - Still nothing, they keep on insisting that the matter has been handed to the sales dept. <br> <br> IT DOES NOT TAKE WEEKS TO LOCATE A PHONE. <br> <br> I really don't know what t o do anymore. <br> <br> It is disgusting how they operate. This is not how you run a business.
