3 weeks and no new phone

I took out a contract on the website on 1 March 2019 and they called two days later on a Monday finalising the details and said I should expect my phone in 7 days. Three weeks later and i still dont have a new phone. Telkom call center who take forever to answer their lines said to call the courier company, courier company said they got hijacked and telkom shouls tell me when they will be sending a new device!

This is unnecessary back and forth from Telkom as no one has any answer!!
