I was told this 3 weeks ago. Please forgive my confusion but I didn't realise this would take the better part of a month.

9:04:50 AMNqobile Siphesi: Please hold.

9:05:18 AM You: Okay

9:09:45 AMNqobile Siphesi: ********** 71A this is the order number

9:10:33 AM You: Great, how long will it take before I start getting the new line speed?

9:10:45 AMNqobile Siphesi: 7-14 days

9:11:11 AM You: Are you joking? another 2 weeks

9:11:37 AMNqobile Siphesi: I have just placed the order on the system

9:11:40 AM You: I was told 7 to 14 days 3 weeks ago!

9:11:57 AM You: So what happened to my earlier order?

9:13:34 AMNqobile Siphesi: If the order get cancelled by the system after doing the verifications within the 7-14 days. We dont have much control over that.

9:14:04 AM You: Who cancelled the order?

9:14:43 AMNqobile Siphesi: Had you paid the deposit of R700.00

9:15:06 AM You: I have an existing telkom line

9:15:37 AM You: Why would I need a deposit. This was an upgrade not a new line.

Didn't manage to copy the rest of the chat before I was basically told to get lost and disconnected but It didn't get any better.

One thing I found interesting is the fact that no mention of a deposit was made on my previous order and even when "processing" my new order no mention was made until a asked repeatedly why my old order was cancelled.

Any feedback appreciated.

**********
**********
