3 Weeks and Contract order still not delivered!
<p>Good Day Hello Peter Team,</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Telkoms Sales line 3 weeks ago to take out a new contract phone. It was approved on the call and the Agent (Moses) advised me of the T&C's and advised the call is recorded and that it will be considered a binding contract. The agent told me the phone will be delivered within 3-5 Working days, I agreed and ended the call. On the third day Moses called me apologising as he made a mistake on the application and will need to have it rectified and the phone will be delivered by last week friday (14 October 2016). He also promised to give me regular phone calls updating me how the process is coming along. Till today I have not recieved a single phone call from him and the phone has still not been delivered. I consider this a breach in contract as he advised it will take 5 days to be delivered. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me with this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Matthew </p>
