3 Telkom contracts with no signal!!!!

Good day

I have 3 Telkom contracts with Telkom. All 3 have no data signal since October. When they do have signal it is very poor signal... I have contacted the customer service call center numerous times. They told me that they are sending technicians to my area since last week but no one came. This is al disappointing service and I am on the point of canceling all 3 contracts with Telkom has I am unable to make proper usage of the contracts I am paying for monthly... I have a reference number from Telkom also its ***9.... No feedback no solutions from telkom...
