3 Technicians have been here within a month - Problem still not resolved!

3 technicians came out to our place within a space of a month and they all confirmed the Telkom box which resides in our yard is extremely old and needs to be replaced together with the telephone line. The box & line was installed at the beginning of Telkom days, so you can imagine how old it is, the birds have created a home for themselves on the box. Due to this we are experiencing the line constantly dropping and being unstable mostly on bad weather days. I am working from home and I require the line to be constantly stable as I need to deal with clients on a daily basis and cannot have the calls being cut during the middle of a call. The temporary fix your technicians have installed is not solving the problem in the long run and I am having to deal with the same problem at least every week so far. There is also a record for Telkom to see the numerous faults logged since last month.

Can you please just replace the box and line.
