3 MONTHS NOW! I CANT GET OUT MY DRIVEWAY!

Enough is Enough. A lorry delivering animal feed hooked the telkom line crossing the road and ripped the whole pole out the ground, breaking the cables, smashing my fence. This all happened early December 2014. I have reported it telephonically, I have reported it via Face Book, I have had instant message replies from Telkom saying they will sort it out, A technician came out beginning January and said he would report the problem and get them to sort it out, as I cannot exit my driveway due to low hanging cables now. TO DATE NOTHING FURTHER HAS HAPPENED. I need to go out on Thursday 26th February with a big trailer, and I can guarantee you I will end up hooking the cable and breaking it, probably my trailer at the same time. TELKOM I WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE I INCUR TO MY TRAILER AND VEHICLE! YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH TIME 3 MONTHS NOW TO SORT OUT THIS ISSUE! FIX THE DAM CABLE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE. IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT SORTED IMMEDIATELY I WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR FIXING MY FENCE TOO.
