3 Months now and Telkom cant fix the network Base Sation in Chatsworth Cape Town
Friday the 13th Telkom base station went down in Chatsworth Cape Town.Up until today its still not fixed. Lesego called me in the week to tell me a Telkom technician will be at my place Friday at 12:00am. My wife waitted the entire day and no technician came. We currently on MTN roaming now. Cant use our Telkom mobile data. My LTE modem don't work also. If this was Vodacom it would of been fixed. I want to be refunded for the time the network was down and i no loner wants to be with Telkom. Worse network ever. The telkom director needs to fired also. Telkom director will stand a better chance working in the circus.

13 Sept 2018, 10:132 Technicians came to my house and said we might need to cancel.I didn't expect that really. I want to be refunded in full for all my 24 month contracts. As this is a problem with Telkom. Please cancel and refund me. I'm done with Telkom. I have opened a case with thencc.org.za

13 Sept 2018, 11:17I was talking to an Online agent Roxanne Diergaardt and she rudely disconnected my chat session. Time was about 11:00 am. So how can i stay with such *********** people? First of all she did not fully understand the problem i had and speaking to me about fair usage policies which has absolutely nothing to do with the base station that's not working. So she was happy to let me cancel and telling me i need to pay penalties cause I'm the problem. If Telkom just had the Network fixed this could of been avoided.
