3 Months Later I still can't cancel my Telkom service
It seems the latest is that you can't cancel services. Their' systems doesn't update correctly and then they still require you to pay bills. Also these disputes that are promised to be resolved within 30 days doesn't happen. I have had ZERO communication from these Telkom kids. All they do is promise that they will escalate and then nothing happens. This must, by far, be the worst service I have had in my entire life and it is a company I would love to support because they drive transformation.

29 Jul 2018, 20:50I need to get a date WHEN this will be done! My internet is being switched off by Telkom tomorrow because my bills have been massively inflated due to services I cancelled 2 months ago still isn’t cancelled. I am sorry but I can’t afford such amounts for Telkom bills.
