3 months later and order still not delivered

Good day,

On the 11th February I ordered a Sim Card Phone to replace my landline with order number ********** 56A. I followed up on the order at the Greenstone Store the last week in February where I was advised by the store consultant that the phone was out for delivery and I should wait another week or so. I followed up twice in the week of the 11th March where I was advised that according to the system the phone had been delivered and is working, which it hasn't been. Both days the consultants advised me that cases have been logged for investigation. I called again on the 19th March where I was advised that there was nothing that they could do but log another case for me. On the 22nd March I called again and demanded that the case be escalated, I was put through to a gentleman who gave me his email address ********** that was not operational and where he had promised that . I called on the 25th March again where I as advised that the phone would be delivered before the 29th March post investigation. I called once again on the 28th March where I was advised that the order was out for delivery and should be delivered by the 02nd April 2019. I called on the 03rd April 2019 to enquire the delivery where I was advised that there was only a request done on the 25th April for investigation and nothing else, there was no order out for delivery. Nobody could give me any updates on what the progress of my cases were but were willing to log cases to have someone contact me. They also would drop the call every time I would call. I would like for the phone to be delivered and for the phone number to work again as it has been non operational for a month now
