3 months insurance claim no phone till this day

Claimed in July and now its October no phone. just back and forth. I paid the access and till this day, no one has made one phone call to me, not one. If you're planning to waste your time and money for zero value choose telkom insurance. do not make the same mistake I did, do not sign with this company.
