3 Months for an ADSL Line

So we asked Telkom for an ADSL Line in early February and then a week later we were told that they did not receive any documents. So we sent them again and then we got an installation date and the installation date came, no one showed up. A week after that, we got an installation date of 11 April... The Service Level Agreement states that 21 days you will have a Line, this is not the case.<br> Then they phoned me yesterday (15 March 2015) that they will come today. Today they phoned me and said that they will only be coming on the 11th of April.<br> They say that they have a shortage of technicians, but the Service Level Agreement does not stipulate anywhere that that may delay the installation. I am trying very hard to keep my cool but things can't go on like this.
