3 Months and still waiting for telephone line to be installed.

<p>I ordered a Telkom line almost 3 months ago. I have two escalation lines, have reported on Hello Peter before and the promise that someone will follow up was not kept. when i go in store, I get no new information. I am told again that i will get a feedback call, but nothing happens. I have called the helpline many times, again promises are made that someone will give me feedback, but nothing happens.</p> <p>This has compromised my job and personal life as I cannto access internet until theline is installed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe that Telkom treats customers so badly. No one has made any effort to assist me.</p> <p> </p>
