3 months and still waiting for line installation

<p>I requested my line to be moved 3 months ago, several times via the website and several times via phone. Three months later and I am still waiting for a technician to come out. Everytime I call I simply get told to wait, how much longer should I wait for a simple line reconnection please? It has been 3 month and I am still having to pay for a service I can't use? PLEASE - What do I need to do to get a technician to help me? A technician is supposed to come out no later than 14 business days after reconnection request - WHY AM I WAITING 3 MONTHS please?</p>
