3 months and still no line installed

I recently purchased a new property and moved in on the 16th of September 2016. I called Telkom on the 18th of August to arrange for my line to be moved. They set up an installation on the 16th of September 2016. On that day, the technician did not even arrive. Only after calling in was I informed that there was a fault with the cables. (Old excuse- last year same thing, installation took more than 3 months) So far up untill today it has cost me R2680 in cellular airtime as I do not have a landline to call from. No one can tell me what is going on. I just need my line installed and put back into the bulk pool so that I can have internet again. The service is so bad, that after holding for an hour yesterday to speak to a manager the consultant must have accidentally taken me off hold as I heard thwe manager say to him, just drop the call. After that I was cut off. Wonderful service right?

It has now been more than 3 months. I got a reply from Telkom stating that the issue is still with the cables department. They are the problem, what don't you understand?
My problem is still not solved. Get on the phone with the damn cables department and tell them to sort out the issue now. I'm losing R1000 per month on my Afrihost account because I don't have my Telkom line. Stop giving eye blind replies and actually give me some propper service.
I am going to lodge a complaint with ICASA, as this is becoming rediculous now.
