3 Months and STILL no delivery!

At the end of November I app**** for a contract with Telkom Mobile and was told that the Samsung Galaxy S6 I wanted was out of stock. I was told that they would let me know when the stock arrives so I can collect my phone. It is noq February and I STILL have no phone despite following up with them every week. I find it absolutely ridiculous that after waiting for 3 months I still dont have a phone!
