3 Months and my bill still doesn't reflect payments!!

<p>I am tired of telkom. My bill, after three months of double payments is still sitting at R25000 and there is no explanation as to why firstly they cannot find my ID number on the system and secondly why the payments go through but don't reflect. I have made numerous attempts to have this resolved to no avail! </p>
