3 months and line still faulty
So after reporting a problem with my ADSL 3 months ago, having dropped the line speed from 4mb to 2mb simply to get the line to work, and having spoken to 7 different people explaining the problem over and over, finally on Monday the 5th of January a technician moved my line to a different port at the exchange. The whole idea of the port swap was to IMPROVE the line so it can go back up to 4mb. Not only have you not improved my line but it is now 2 times worse and barely working on 2mb setting and almost nothing can be downloaded, and there is no hope whatsoever this line will work at 4mb . A fault was logged yet again, and in typical Telkom fashion it was simply closed again after 2 days without anything being done. Is Telkom simply not interested in it's customers anymore, or are your technicians simply too *********** to fix this, or too lazy to move the line again? Moving a line to a port that is 50% worse than what it was and then claiming it is \fixed"is absolutely absurd. I can not get along with a 2mb line and need a 4mb line minimum. Even 4mb is already too slow as it is and now I am stuck with a barely functioning 2mb line. Last 2 reports 1019CRK141215 and 368CRK050116"""
