3 months and account still not cancelled

I sent through the cancellation application for my Telkom Mobile account on 30 Nov 2015 via email, as there is no fax number for it. Nobody called back. My contract expired 4 Feb 2016, so I go into the branch to find out if it's been cancelled. They can't help me, because it's a mobile contract. Phone call centre. Nope, not cancelled. I email through the cancellation application again 4 more times in one month. This morning my debit order goes off for the account I'm trying to cancel. Nobody ever phoned about the cancellation. The Telkom Facebook team keeps telling me they escalate my query and will give feedback. So far nothing! I'm sick and tired of arguing! Just cancel my acccount already!!!!
