3 days of no Telkom network, but still expected to pay!

No LTE and No Telkom Mobile network in my area for 3 days now. What's going on? Are you not worried you're going to loose businesses and customers? Better yet, how does OUR area not have Telkom fiber yet. It seriously boggles my mind. Yet low to no income areas are getting fiber rolled out.
