3 days no phone or data

hi i keep phoning telkom to get response on how far my repairs are on my line cuase telkom is busy conecting a signal tower to the grid near my house and they struck a cable while they were diging 3 days no internet or phone and all they need to do is rejoin the broken cable but surely sleeping under the trees is more fun than work.hope they respond fast cuz i am sure canceling my service if the dont fix it ill get SAT . i am loosing business cuz clients cant get to me.
