3 Days and counting to get a contract

I am a Telkom Mobile customer with 6 active numbers for family on their network and have recommended them to many colleagues but will not recommend them to anyone in future. I app**** for another Telkom mobile contract on Sunday. As I have other contracts with Telkom mobile and they had stock of the phone, I expected to receive it on the same day. Unfortunately, the consultant told me that it would take one day to process so I must come back on Monday. I went there on Monday and Tuesday and still no approval. I have 6 numbers on Telkom mobile and have never defaulted on a payment but they still take 3 days to approve. I THINK IT'S TIME TO START RESEARCHING CELL C'S CONTACT BUYOUT!!!
