3 cancelation requests but still the contract is not cancelled

I logged 3 cancelation requests for my wifi router contract, because whenever you go to the store they tell you to do it online and that someone is gonna call you. No one ever called me, and every time I log the request is closed without being cancelled.Telkom is the most useless service provider.
