3 and a half weeks without DSL service

I got a line with Telkom at the start of January. When I started using the line a week later, it worked for two days and then went down. It took two weeks for a technician to arrive, after which the line worked for four hours and went down again.<br> <br> It has been another week and a half and I still have no service. A technician has not even been assigned to my fault.<br> <br> This is absolutely shocking service.
