3.5 weeks and no rectification!!!

Brought my payments up-to speed 3.5 weeks ago, found out my account was written off, many emails were sent from call centre to collections department to activate my line again. 3.5 weeks and i am still sitting with no response or activated cellphone, not only that bit when an agent checked my last complaint on hellopeter the telkom team only actioned a silly little email 1 of many to their collections department 2 days after the complaint. I am more than DISGUSTED at this point at Telkom and their service!!!!! I DO NOT recommend Telkom to any body.
