2Weeks without my line, yet i owe TELKOM nothing.

it has been two weeks now and still Telkom has not even attempted to open my lines, I don't owe them anything instead they owe me money but they cut my lines. I need to return this contract and try take a new contract with a new service provider. I am newly unemployed and used their lines to apply for work. I need assistance asap.

please help .
