2TB is not a good product.

Been trying to cancel the useless 2TB package for well over 2weeks, went to store in Sandton, advised I go to Tlkom Direct, Telkom Direct mentioned I call in to Cancel, Telkom online mentions I need to go to Telkom Direct...??? 2TB is way too slow for what I need, agent advised I should get +40Mbps and even testing in both stores, only got 7Mbps. Need this cancelled ASAP.
