2nd review same *********** Telkom

Still no feedback from Telkom. They debited and amount of money from my account. This was before i recieved the divice. Because they took so long to get the phone to me i cancelled the sale. This all happened a month ago.

Currently their agents drop the call and when i escalated this to a Team Leader, Toni Venter she did not get back to me. So it seems like the bad service might be deeply entrenched in this company.

At the moment i do not have my money back or any indication of how they will help
